Out of State Membership Program Participants Make an Impact
We wanted to take this opportunity to recognize two of our out of state members that have come up recently and made a big difference in our organization. Last week and weekend J.R. Sellers came up and took eMEDS training before riding for several days in a row. JR is a transfer from Company 34 and has quickly dove into Morningside, showing that you don’t have to live around the corner to help. First he helped us write and submit our most recent SAFER and AFG grants and has now agreed to help with the eMEDS Group stay on top of our EPCR review. Just another example of how you can be a major part of Morningside, no matter where you are.
Most recently, Eric Lubben came up from the south to help us out for a couple days in the driver seat. Eric left the area to go to business school and we look forward to his successes. He was a transfer from Company 8 and also quickly dove into Morningside. He continues to be a valuable asset to our company and is assisting with different projects via the internet as well.
These two members are shining examples of the success we can have by maintaining our Out of State Membership program. They can come and make an impact with their physical participation, as well as making big marks from a distance. Morningside has lots of needs and many more roles will continue to emerge to support our growth. What can you do to help us improve?
