We have some very exciting news for our department! We have been awarded the 555 Fitness Strength Is Our Foundation Grant. With this grant we will be receiving Brute Force sandbags, an Assault Bike, a package from Crossover Symmetry, and a package from Fire Wipes. Shown below is our new assault bike. Thank you to 555 fitness! We are very excited to get training! Thank you for supporting MVFD.

August 11 Update:
This morning, our members added Brute Force Sandbags to our new gym. The sandbags are courtesy of the 555 Fitness Strength grant, which was granted to the MVFD in June. This functional fitness equipment allows our members to train and perform under conditions similar to those encountered during emergency operations. Also, our members made additional progress on lockers, which will securely store the gear of our growing membership base.
